You hold a global Owner grant (scope “*”), so you see and control every app. Add people below and give them access to only the apps you choose. Changing a dropdown updates their access instantly.

What each role can do

OwnerFull control of the app + can grant or revoke other people’s access.
AdminManage all content and triage bug reports. Cannot change access.
UserUse the app — read and write data. No admin tools.
Tip: “All apps” + Owner = a second superuser. Only do this for someone you fully trust.
